I bought this homemade trailer for $30...so oppo, what car is this front end from?
Edit: I should add that I am unsure what it is and the guy I bought it from wasn’t sure either since his dad built it.

No idea, but that looks very old-school to me...

I see John Deere green on the brackets. 6 hole wheels, and a substantial stack of leaves I’d guess postwar chevy/gmc truck. It’ll take that style hubcap anyway.

Pictured: 1953 Chevy Truck
Judging by the pads on the arms matching exactly and the shock tab holes, NAILED IT!

good guess on my part. I did do a TON of work on a ‘53 chevy truck, but it had a Camaro/N ova stub up front.

I had a hard time finding these images since almost all of the pictures of 50's GM truck front suspensions were ones converted.

I believe you’re right and Demon-Xanth agrees.
I don’t actually know, but was leaning with 50s-60s 2wd pickup. The guy I bought it from wasn’t sure since his dad built it.

The suspension and axle are from a car (it still has the steering tie rod on it) ...the rest is homemade though.
